As a matter of fact, they did. Everyone in the Egyptian society wore jewelry. The poor wore copper instead of gold, like pharohs and other wealthy people, like me(just kidding, I don't know where I would be in their society). These type of people made their own jewelry out of shells and pottery. Man these people are skilled, but I wonder why they aren't a little bit more wealthy if they know how to make their own accessories. Also, they wore strings or collars with brightly colored glazes. Even the poorest child on the block could have a pottery or bone ring or amulet with a crude image of Bes.
